Choc Pumpkin Coffee Pudding

Topped with lots of CHOCOLATE, ESPRESSO MOCHA WALNUTS & more! Seriously Tasty! Pumpkin Almond Butter Coffee Pudding: 

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 packet mushroom coffee mix 
  • 3 TBSP cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

Process in food processor. Store in fridge!

When ready, fill a bowl with pudding and top it off with a handful of Munki's Espresso Mocha Walnuts and a sprinkle of Italian Espresso Superfood Granola. Add some mulberries, vegan dark chocolate 🍫, cacao nibs & cacao powder.
