Kool Kale Smoothie

This is one very easy to make, delicious smoothie packed with goodness and a lovely ginger kick - add more or less to suit your taste.

mix everything in a blender with Almond milk.

2 Kale leaves

Small handful of raw cashews

2 frozen bananas

4/5 pitted dates

root ginger, approx 2cm chunk, we love ginger!

a heaped spoonful of Münki Tropical Kale Granola in the blender then sprinkle on top at the end.

and enjoy!
