
Here’s what you will need
Smoothie:
1 large frozen banana
2/3 cup frozen beetroot
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup oat milk (or favourite plant-milk)
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder*
*Optional: This will add a boost of protein and thicken the smoothie bowl slightly, but if you don't have it - no worries!
Add all SMOOTHIE BOWL ingredients to a high-powered blender and mix until smooth and creamy. I use my Vitamix on low while pressing the ingredients down with the tamper. If you don’t have a blender with a tamper, you may need to stop repeatedly to mix and help the blender along. Try not to over-mix or the heat from the blender could melt it and it won’t be as thick. To make this into a drinkable smoothie, slowly add extra plant-based milk until it reaches desired consistency.

Fresh Blueberries
Chia Seeds
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Naturally Sweetened Dried Cranberries
Dried Mango Bits
Pour into a bowl and add the TOPPINGS - this is the fun part - be creative!
