- 1 1/2 tsp Viva La Vibe Cacao Mocha Hot Chocolate mix
- 1 oz boiling water
- 1 scoop of your favorite ice cream (we are using vegan vanilla bean)
DIRECTIONS:
- In a small pitcher or cup, combine the Cacao Mocha Hot Chocolate mix and boiling water.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously until the hot chocolate is fully dissolved, and a smooth, frothy texture is achieved. An electric frother works best for this.
- Prepare a serving glass or bowl with a scoop of ice cream.
- Pour the Cacao Mocha "shot" over the ice cream and serve immediately.
