All Münki nuts are dry-roasted; they are never roasted in oil. Nuts contain enough good oils, we didn't want to mess with mother nature.
Raw cashews naturally have a medium (not super crunchy) texture, so since we use the dry-roasting method, our cashews maintain that medium crunch.
You can find us in major grocery stores (locations will vary) such as Ingles Markets, Whole Foods Markets, The Fresh Market and Earth Fare as well as many hotels and smaller independent shoppes.

Most. Beer City BBQ Trailmix is not gluten free. It is made with beer... and beer contains gluten. All other flavours are gluten free!
All flavours (except Espresso Mocha Walnuts) are made with quality plant-based ingredients and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

We have been dealing with supplier issues for our chocolate covered espresso beans (low supply due to Covid) and have been unable to procure the vegan version that we have been using the past 2 years. Yes. All Münki Nut flavours are made with tree nuts, but we do not use peanuts.
Most. The chocolate covered espresso beans in the Espresso Yourself Mocha Walnuts contain soy lecithin. All other flavours are soy free.
