Return and Refund Policies

At Münki Food we are confident that our customers will always be 100% completely satisfied with our products, if by any chance you are not please email us at evolve@munkifoodcompany.com and let us know why and we'll work through it together. 

If perhaps you made a mistake in ordering and would like to return any unopened products for a refund please be aware you will be responsible for your return shipping cost and if you received free shipping when you ordered a flat fee shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds would be issued approx 5-10 business days after receiving your returned items.

    • To receive a refund, all returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team with an authorized return number. 
    • Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser. 
    • We are unable to refund or accept returns on product(s) purchased anywhere other than www.munkifood.com - Proof of purchase such as order number may be required. 
    • Additional shipping fees may not be refundable. 
    • Due to the speed of processing, we may be unable to cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted. 


    We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if the products have been tampered with in any way. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion. In no event will any remedy, replacement, or refund constitute an admission of any kind.
