Return and Refund Policies

We are confident that you will be completely happy with our products, but if for any reason you are not, please email us at evolve@munkifoodcompany.com - let us know why and we'll work through it together. 

If you made a mistake in ordering (hey, we are all human) and would like to return unopened products for a refund, please be aware you will be responsible for your return shipping cost and if you received free shipping when you ordered a flat fee shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds would be issued approx 5-10 business days after receiving your returned items.

    • To receive a refund, all returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team with an authorized return number. 
    • Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser. 
    • We are unable to refund or accept returns on product(s) purchased anywhere other than www.munkifood.com - Proof of purchase such as order number may be required. 
    • Additional shipping fees may not be refundable. 
    • Due to the speed of processing, we may be unable to cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted. 


    We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if the products have been tampered with in any way. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion. In no event will any remedy, replacement, or refund constitute an admission of any kind.
