Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl recipe (by @ducklet1 on Instagram) is full of nourishing, warming, immune-boosting ingredients & spices, veggies & fruit... perfect for days (or weeks) like we've been having lately (amiright)! Here’s what you will need 🥄

• 1 large (very ripe) frozen banana
• 1 cup frozen mango
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
• 1/2 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt
• 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts
• 1/4 cup oat milk (or favourite plant-milk)
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1 thumb-size piece fresh ginger
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 scoop vegan collagen*
• 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder*
• 1 TBSP peanut butter powder*
• 2 tsp vanilla extract*
• 1 tsp turmeric powder*
• 1 tsp lion's mane mushroom powder*
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice*
• 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg*


Blend all ingredients. *Don’t stress if you don’t have some of these ingredients... just use what you have in your pantry*


Topped with Münki 24 Carrot Cake Superfood Granola, Chopped Walnuts or Pecans, Raisins & some Bright Golden Berries
