The art of creating an amazing smoothie bowl is experimentation 💥 and nobody does that better than @ducklet1 🙏🏽 (this recipe and photo are from her magic brain)! This recipe uses some brilliant ingredients to give you a thick, healthy and dang tasty breakfast bowl. Pure Monday Motivation! 🙌🏽
SMOOTHIE BOWL:
1 frozen banana
1/2 fresh banana
1/2 cup frozen zucchini
3 TBSP chia seeds
2 TBSP brewed coffee
2 TBSP cacao powder
1 tsp functional mushroom powder*
1/2 tsp Rhodiola Rosea powder*
3/4 cup plant mylk
First, make the chia pudding by adding everything except the banana & zucchini in a blender to gently combine. Let the chia pudding thicken for about 15 minutes, then blend in the frozen ingredients. It’s easy & you'll have a thick, rich, protein packed breakfast. *If you don't have some of the ingredients - don't worry - just blend in the rest and enjoy!
Now for the fun part...

Sliced Bananas
Sweet Ranier Cherries
Vine-Dried Grapes
Vegan Dark Chocolate Sauce
