How about some chocolate today?!!! 🙋‍♀️ DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CINNAMON CASHEW SMOOTHIE:
1 ripe avocado
1 cup frozen cauliflower
4 dates soaked & pitted
1/4 cup raw cashews
3 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp hempseeds
1 scoop mocha collagen creamer
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp  reishi
3/4 cup (maybe a little more)Â Â cacao bean
Handful of ice
Blend all ingredients until petty smooth & creamy. You may need to stop & scrape the sides & start to blend again. I spooned this smoothie into a pretty bowl. Then you can add toppings if you like. I topped this with sliced banana (banana is optional here if it’s not your thing), raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, hunks chocolate covered cashews, @munkifood Italian espresso granola, pomegranate seeds, blood orange extra dark chocolate squares, dollop of reddi wip ,cacao nibs, hempseeds.
Absolutely yummy & decadent but find that balance of healthy & sweet. This smoothie makes enough to share. Have a great weekend!
